Creamy Fried Confetti Corn

Day #2 in our week of Thanksgiving Side Dish Recipes! Today I have a side dish that can be made in just one skillet on the stove-top to keep your oven free for the turkey! Creamy Fried Confetti Corn is a veggie dish that also features bacon and sausage.  What could be better?!

For the smoked sausage, I usually buy a package of sausage where the sausages are about the size of your average hot dog, and slice it up.  If you bought bigger sausage, that's ok.  You may want to slice it long-ways too, depending on how much sausage you'd like in each bite.
